Seasonal Tips

• As we have seen, weather can be unpredictable. Get your snow removal equipment ready for the winter season. Don't be caught off guard! 
• Don't forget to stabilize your fuel in your lawn care equipment. Always follow directions carefully. We sell fuel stabilizer - Please call.                             
• It is important to keep your snow removal equipment fuel stabilized, because you do not know how long it will be sitting before it's used. 
• Run your snow blower after using it. Allowing any built up snow to melt off avoiding a mechanical freeze up, especially if it is stored in a non-heated area.  
• If you are storing your equipment outside, during its off season, keep it covered. If possible, keep it elevated so that inflated tires are not resting on the ground and that the weight is off of them.
  
• Try and mark out areas where you will be using your snow removal equipment, especially a snow blower. Mark/flag out any obstructions that can jam the auger. The better you mark out before bad weather sets in, the safer it will be for your machine, hopefully avoiding any damage to equipment.
